Late ‘40s/early ‘50s California by Montgomery Ward Front Quarter Horsehide jacket w/ an incredible distressed patina.
FEATURES
Zip front closure (Talon)
Two front flap pockets w/ two hidden slash hand-warmer pockets
Quilted satin lining
Hidden wool knit sleeve cuffs
CONDITION
Honest vintage wear consistent with use and age. Scuffs, scratches, and heavy patina. Some discoloration on interior lining. Back of collar has a crease and is folded up at the bottom (see photos). Although horsehide is pliable and 100% serviceable as is, a good leather oil would help restore original finish at your discretion (we personally love the patina).
