Stunning handmade 1940's cotton house dress in a cool mint green.

tiered/ruffled skirt that bells at the bottom
CONDITION
Mindfully selected for heritage & character. Honest vintage wear. A few hand repairs (notably on right underarm). A couple of pea sized holes on skirt. A few minor stains throughout. Some of the gathered seams on waistline are coming out in places, but where it attaches at the waist is holding strong. No other perceivable issues. Very wearable.
